About Recruiting Leadership Labs
Recruiting Leadership Labs are one or two-day in-person workshops 100% focused on helping corporate recruiting leaders win.
We offer six different Recruiting Leadership Labs:
- Lab 1: Strategy and Engaging Executives
- Lab 2: Building a Culture of Recruiting and Driving Change
- Lab 3: Diversity Recruiting Leadership
- Lab 4: Driving Recruiter Performance
- Lab 5: Sourcing and Interviewing Strategy Deep Dive
- Lab 6: QBRs and Executive Influence
All workshops have identical formats – scenario-based work in small groups, with peer recruitment managers, led by John Vlastelica – but different focus areas. You do not need to attend Lab 1 to attend Lab 2, and Lab 5 is not more advanced than Lab 4. They simply have different topics.
Our workshops run for one or two days, with a dinner at the end of the first day. We also host a virtual follow-up meeting two weeks afterward to check in as a cohort.
