Lab 3: Diversity Recruiting Leadership

Join John Vlastelica, Carmen Hudson, and a cohort of your corporate recruiting leader peers for one of Recruiting Toolbox’s Recruiting Leadership Labs focused on improving diversity recruiting. In this lab, you and your peers will learn and share best practices to help you plan out your diversity recruiting priorities, implement them through improved sourcing and interviewing processes, and promote a culture of diversity recruiting.

What Will You Learn?

  • How to create a culture of diversity recruiting with your executives and hiring managers, and work through a culture hyperfocused on speed
  • How to build effective sourcing strategies to attract diversity
  • How to improve your interviewing process, candidate experience, and selection model so that your hiring teams select and convert the best, most diverse talent and reduce false-negative hiring decisions
  • How to plan out your diversity recruiting priorities

We usually sell out several months in advance, so registering early is a great way to ensure that you secure your spot. Participation is limited to 20 corporate recruitment managers per leadership lab (no more than two from the same company).

“I am taking back sooooo many resources and feel I can start making immediate action on my ongoing projects, and start new ones. Other training I’ve been to are too basic – this provided real-world strategy around real-life situations recruiting leaders face everyday.”
