Cancellations

If you cannot make the event, you may send another eligible person from your company (corporate recruiting manager+ level) to take your place at the same event, with no additional fee – they can use your registration in your place. Just email us at least 5 days before the event, so that we can get them signed up.

If you cancel at least 45 days before the event, credit card refunds are available for the full ticket price excluding Eventbrite service and processing fees (as of Sep 2019, $159.61 for a $2,595 ticket) – note: Eventbrite policy doesn’t let us reimburse you for their fees; they keep those fees. If you cancel 44-21 days before the event, you may receive a partial credit card refund of 50% of the ticket price (excluding all Eventbrite service and processing fees, which they retain) or you may receive a full credit to be used against the next scheduled event. If you cancel 20-5 days before the event, Recruiting Toolbox will have already ordered your workshop materials and food, and will not have enough time to sell your seat to another person, so you will not be eligible for any credit card refund but you will receive a 50% credit to apply towards your tuition for the next event. If you cancel 4 days or less before the event, you will not be eligible for any credit card refund but you will receive a 25% credit to apply towards your tuition for the next event. Note: All credits for the next event must be used well before registration closes, as our events sell out well in advance, so if you wait to sign up for the next event, register early as we cannot guarantee you a spot among the 20 person workshop if you wait to register. Therefore, to use your 25% of 50% credit, you must sign up for the next event within 30 days of your cancellation. If you have questions about this, or need to cancel, please notify our event manager at alicia@recruitingtoolbox.com.  Under no circumstances can we reimburse for travel expenses, so if you cancel or the government declares any kind of travel ban, or the training needs to be rescheduled because of weather or the host company, our obligation to you is per the above prorated ticket fee reimbursement.
