Who Should Attend?

Corporate recruiting managers who are looking to improve the ROI of their diversity efforts.

Past Attendees of our Recruiting Leadership Lab: Diversity have included recruiting leaders from companies like Uber, Amazon, Microsoft, EA Games, Activision, TransUnion, Hilton, Groupon, Northwestern Mutual, and Edward Jones.  Leaders have typically led small (3 person +) to large (20 person+) corporate recruiting teams.

Our labs are not designed for hands-on recruiters, vendors, RPO firms, or managers-of-managers.  These are built for front line corporate recruitment managers. Maximum 20 attendees per workshop, and no more than 2 Recruiting Leaders from the same company.
