Flexible registration: If you cannot make the event, you may send another eligible person from your company (corporate recruiting manager level or higher) to take your place at the same event, with no additional fee; they can use your registration in your place. Just email us at least five days before the event, so that we can get them signed up.
Early cancellation: If you cancel at least 45 days before the event, credit card refunds are available for the full ticket price, excluding Eventbrite service and processing fees (as of August 27, 2021, fees are $168.02 for a $2,595 ticket). Note: Eventbrite policy doesn’t let us reimburse you for their fees; they keep those.
If you cancel 21-44 days before the event, you may receive a partial credit card refund of 50% of the ticket price (excluding all Eventbrite service and processing fees) or you may receive a full credit to be used against the next scheduled event.
If you cancel 5-20 days before the event, Recruiting Toolbox will have already ordered your workshop materials and food, and will not have enough time to sell your seat to another person, so you will not be eligible for any credit card refund. However, you will receive a 50% credit to apply towards your tuition for the next event.
If you cancel four days or fewer before the event, you will not be eligible for any credit card refund, but you will receive a 25% credit to apply towards your tuition for the next event.
Cancellation credits: All credits toward the next event must be used well before registration closes, as our events sell out in advance; we cannot guarantee you a spot in our next 20-person workshop if you wait to register. Therefore, to use your 25% or 50% cancellation credit, you must sign up for the next event within 30 days of your cancellation. If you have questions about this or need to cancel, please notify our event manager at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Travel and lodging expenses: Under no circumstances can we reimburse for travel expenses. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, our obligation to you is per the above prorated ticket fee reimbursement. We recommend booking travel and lodging that you can cancel if needed.
Covid-19 cancellations: If we must cancel or postpone the event due to Covid-19-related travel issues or host-company restrictions (i.e., the company or conference center hosting our training no longer allows in-person events), we will give you a full tuition credit to use at a future event. If you can’t make it to the rescheduled event, we’ll give you a full refund for the ticket price. In no circumstances will we refund travel-related expenses, so please book travel and lodging that you can cancel if needed.

Note: Our Recruiting Leadership Labs have traditionally – pre-Covid – sold out 30-45 days in advance, so please keep that in mind when thinking through your options if you think cancellation on your end, or rescheduling or cancellation on our end due to travel or host restrictions, is likely.
Additionally, our host company or conference location will require proof of vaccination and we will follow any additional government-mandated mask requirements.
